West Central Iowa Basement Repair is proud to be a locally owned and operated company based out of our office in Carroll, Iowa. WCI Basement Repair, LLC co-owners Scott Schon and Brian Badding have a combined 16 years of experience working with basement waterproofing and foundation repair. Scott has 7 years of design and management experience working with two of the largest basement waterproofing and foundation repair contractors in the Midwest. Brian has 9 years of experience working as a Jobsite Superintendent with one of the most reputable general contractors in Iowa.
